The application for main tenancy is free, nothing in this document creates any rights or obligations. Income requirements apply to renting a home, the main tenant should have a monthly income of at least 4,5 times the gross monthly rent. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The landlord reserves the right of refusal. Should a rental agreement be achieved, for the purpose of both parties a rental agreement and check-in report will be drafted. The costs are € 150,-.
